Hailey is a native of Okmulgee, OK, currently residing in the DFW area. She is an author, entrepreneur, natural hair cosmetologist and content creator who is also a full-time doctoral student focusing on curriculum and instruction through language and literacy!
The Story
Hailey & Malashia
Our story began in the spring of 2020. Hailey was thinking of new hairstyles to try on Malashia. Her hairstyles typically included cultural styles such as coils, twists, or braids. This time, though, Hailey wanted to try Bantu knots. However, she could sense some uneasiness coming from Malashia.
